Dear Counselor,

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce our firm to you and other members of the Trusts & Estate Bar throughout the State of California. Like you, our firm is dedicated to the preservation, protection and orderly transfer of assets from one generation to the next.

The increasing use and complexity of trust instruments has created a large, unmet need for professional trust management. Because corporate trustees frequently impose unacceptably high asset minimums and often reject certain assets, families and their attorneys are increasingly turning to Private Professional Fiduciary firms as a viable alternative.

Naming a private fiduciary as trustee has other advantages as well. Families appreciate the opportunity to establish a relationship with a trustee who won’t be transferred to another branch or become a casualty of the latest bank merger. They also like having the flexibility to maintain full continuity in the management of trust affairs by keeping the existing legal, accounting and investment team together. Families also understand from bitter experience that the administration of a trust is a demanding and thankless task for a family member who is needlessly placed in conflict with other beneficiaries and family members. Appointing a professional to serve in their stead may be the greatest gift of all.

Alexander, has over 13 years of. experience as a California-licensed Professional Fiduciary in addition to over 30 years institutional and personal investment management experience. Supported by a full-time professional staff, our firm has been providing fiduciary and investment management services to attorneys, investment managers, trusted advisors and their clients since 2009. During that time we have administered and distributed several hundred million dollars of assets including the sale of over $200 million in commercial, residential and income properties.
